They are better, but they are MUCH more expensive. Also everyones teeth are different. You may get your teeth professionally whitened and loose the results in a week, but your friend might use whitening strips and have great results that last for a year.
If you follow the directions on the whitening strips to a “T” and use a whitening toothpaste (like Crest Vivid white) you should be satisfied and you save a few hundred dollars.
However, the downside to this is, for really good results you must follow the directions (it’s usually like 2x a day), and it takes a couple of weeks.

i got my braces off last just week (wednesday) and i used these dazzle white that my mom had bought, and EVERYONE noticed how white (&straight) they looked. i got tons off compliments on them and whatnot(: but i never told anyone i used the whitening strips. hahaha, just keep that part your little secret(:

i’ve only used them about 3 or 4 times after getting mybraces off, and there SO white(:

i checked the website www.toothwhitening4all.com and they have a new product the laser light home teeth whitening. I just liked to ask anyone who have bought and tried it. Is it effective? I haven’t tried any tooth whitening products or done any procedure yet but i’m planning to. but i don’t know the best procedure or product. Don’t want to waste money if it’s not going to be effective.
