To bleach teeth with baking soda, create a paste of one-part baking soda and one-part water, dip the toothbrush into the paste and brush for one-to-two minutes. When i got my braces off, i was the sexiest guy in school hahah jk. My teeth felt sooo weird and slippery. But yeah after a few starbucks visits, i am in need of your video. Btw your teeth look really nice!

a little tip im studing to be a dental assistant be careful when your teeth make sure your careful cause sometimes your teeth can get over bleached but if you want your teeth really white well see your dentist ask for professinal white treatment im in braces right now and Im 20 my teeth use to be super white since the braces they are like eww gross not white anymore even if i brush well and floss it doesnt matter but just be very careful

@hotpinkromero Nope the 5 min whitening gel does not make you breath smell lol, i dont think it works as well as My 3D whiting strips so i almost never use the gel now only the 3D strips. I have been using all of the 3D oral products, the pulsar toothbrush, 3D White Advanced Vivid Stain Protection Toothpaste (which works great),

does the 5 minute whitening gel really make your breath smell or your mouth smell??? im going to get my braces off in like a month and need to figure out how to get them white ASAP because i want to impress everyone.. i have a feeling that im going to be obssessedddd with whitening my teeth as well hahah.. help me pleasee!! lol vegas..? all bout LOS Angeless <3

Summary: Make UM paste with UM baking UM soda, and UM water, about UM 50/50 Um mix, um brush with UM this mix UM to bleach UM your teeth UM , Do it UM once a week UM bye

@Nessie7921 Some toothpastes have baking soda in it, but straight baking soda can stain your teeth. It was on some article I was reading. I don’t know all the scientific reasoning behind it.
Maybe the article was giving false information.

@tishie321 just dont do it very hard or very often, my gums throb too and turn red but think about it your using peroxide or baking soda, irritation is bound to occur. I doubt its anything serious otherwise it wouldn’t be so popular

@tishie321 well if your gums are bleeding then they are definitely telling you something lol. it seems like you have gingivitis due to plaque build-up or bacteria. when brushing your teeth gently brush the gums as well. FLOSS YOUR TEETH oh and don’t forget the insides of your teeth.. you shouldn’t be using the baking soda EVERYDAY so switch off between reg toothpaste and the baking soda…i have braces so my ortho taught me how to brush very well
